We always wondered how our first baby Cherokee would take to a human baby since he was our one and only for 5 years. Luckily the transition has gone easily and he really does love Brendan and serves as his protector. This morning I caught Cherokee in with Brendan, Brendan was in a giggle fit because Cherokee kept giving him kisses (i.e. licking him) the more he giggled the more Cherokee would lick him. These shenanigans went on for about five minutes, it was ridiculously adorable. I can only imagine the trouble these two will get into in the coming years.
